TECH PHOTO: 3D Lens

Recently a research team from OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY of AMERICA invented such a 3D lens which is capable of viewing a tiny microscopic stuff from nine different angles and produce a 3D picture of that stuff. Researchers said that, other 3D camera or lens needs too many lens or camera rounding through the stuff to produce 3D picture. But this particular lens can make microscopic 3D picture of any stuff all alone.

Nano Transmitter/Antenna and Light Signal

A latest information of nanotechnology and it application is the nano antenna. A nano transmitter/antenna is a small antenna which can receive signal from light/flash and this transmitter is capable of receiving the signal from remote source.
Recently a research team from Australia invented a small transmitter which can receive light/flash signal instead of sound wave.

The researchers claim that using this antenna it is possible to make security related software which is capable of detecting drug and explosive.
A research team from Swinburne University said that this tiny antenna can do all other function of a typical antenna but the specialty of this transmitter is that it works with the signal of light instead of sound wave.

Electronic Devices Can Be Charged Using Human Heartbeat Even An Ipod

Human Heartbeat Could Be Used To Charge Electronic Devices Such As iPod. A recent study in technology state that Human Heartbeat could be used to Charge Electronic Devices which don’t require batteries such as an iPod. This comes after the development of a tiny chip which uses human body movements to generate power.

The squad from National Meeting and Exposition of the American Chemical Society established their project by powering LCD displays and diodes.
The chip is truly made up of millions of zinc oxide nanowires, which produce electricity when flexed or strained. It means even a pinch of finger can generate power. A mixture of five nanogenerators usually produce about 1 micro ampere output current at 3 volts which is equivalent to two regular AA cells.
